They will deliver your car to the nearest Loop service center. At the service center, they will inspect and service your vehicle as needed. At Loop, we can provide various services for your vehicle through partnerships with service centers and auto repair shops. We are committed to helping keep your vehicle running, from oil changes to tire rotations. Our affiliates also provide more extensive services such as brake repair, suspension work, and engine diagnostics. No matter the issue, a team of experienced technicians can get your vehicle back on the road quickly and safely. Once the technicians have completed the repairs, Loop will return your car to your desired destination. Once we return your vehicle, you’ll receive a full report of the services completed on your car. You can reference this report if you need more repairs or maintenance done on your vehicle. Additionally, Loop offers a variety of discounts and promotions for its services, so you can save money on your maintenance and repair costs.

On the date of your chosen vehicle service, a Loop driver will pickup your vehicle, take it to your shop or dealership, and return it to you once your service is complete!

The Loop Process:
- Enter the Year, Make, and Model of your vehicle.
- Choose your preferred shop or dealership.
- Choose the services you’d like performed on your vehicle.
- Choose whether you want pickup and delivery, or if you’d prefer to drop off your vehicle yourself.
- Lastly, confirm your appointment! It’s that easy!
To receive an estimated cost to use Loop, just start to schedule your vehicle service. Before hitting the confirm button, you will receive an estimated total cost for using Loop!
Tip: We are more cost effective than using Uber or Lyft and provide a more seamless, convenient experience.

Payment for services performed by the shop or dealership will be at the discretion of the shop or dealership. Payments made to the shop or dealership should be completed via phone (where the shop or dealership will request your payment information) or a secure payment method (such a secure payment link) sent to you directly from the shop or dealership.
Payments for shop or dealership related services are separate from any fees or charges associated with your Loop experience.
